We just booked the Pinnace Suite on the Eurodam for for Sept. 2018. Can anyone give me information on the room. Also, have never had a concierge before. Should we use him to book a helicopter trip or do that before the cruise. Thanks for any help.

Take a look at http://www.halfacts.com, it shows 37 pictures of PS 7031 on the Eurodam.

We joined a sail away party in this cabin in 2015, great room.

You can use the concierge to book any shore excursions, reservations in specialty restuarants - etc. They are baxically a catch all for everything.

Now as to your particular tour, if it is one that sells out early, you might want to book it early and on line at the HAL site. Totally up to you and how important it is.

You will be well taken care of in the Pinnacle Suite. You will have a large suite that is perfect to entertain or just have room service from any of the restaurants. If tradition holds, you will be escorted onboard. We have stayed in the Pinnacle Suite many times, as we usually travel with family and friends. They will be there to help you with any excursions, reservations and any other requests.

Thanks so much for all the input. We have been on RCCL the last 2 years with a genie so are looking forward to see how this works. We were very sorry we could not get on the Oosterdam, that was the first ship we were on 10 years ago when we got hooked on cruising.

I'm sure that you will enjoy your cruise and the Pinnacle Suite. We also found the extra bathroom came in very handy, as did the larger fridge. You will also find all the extra towels that you will need in your bathroom, and if you need more than provided, just ask. We have always found the suite very comfortable. I'm not sure about your ship, but on the Noordam, my husband enjoyed the recliner in the living room.
