All Access Tour: First Sea Day Security

Hi!

On my recent sailing on Harmony of the Seas, I prepurchased an "All Access Tour" for day 3 -- the first sea day of the cruise.

Upon arrival, I noticed that they moved this to the 2nd sea day (on day 6). When I asked the excursions staff why this was done, they told me that they don't allow people on the bridge during the first sea day "for security reasons".

Any ideas what the security risk is? Are they doing some sort of risk assessment that only responds back mid-way through the cruise?

Just found this odd, especially since the Cruise Planner website was selling the tour on day 3.

They have 3 different levels of bridge security (which I learned on our recent bridge tour). Weather, ship traffic, ocean conditions etc can all play a part in the security levels. As can any issues/emergencies/drills on the ship. And they will only do tours (or so they told us) if the security is on the lowest level.
