I was so sad to hear from husband Joe today that Liz died suddenly last night of a massive heart attack.

I've said many times that cruising is not only about the places you see, but the people you meet. I met Liz on Azamara four times and I became really good friends with her and husband Joe. She loved Azamara. I'll miss her big time and I'm sure some people here too. All good thoughts to Joe, her daughter Jemma and all the family.

It was so sad to hear this news from you yesterday Phil. Liz was a lovely cruiser and so kind to many. My heart goes out to her dear family. I hope they can in time be comforted by the memories of the special places she went to and the friends she made on Azamara.

F & B Manager Thomas from Scotland played a great trick on Liz and Joe with the daily (see below). She would always say she would get him back. She asked me to try when I was on Pursuit last month. I didn't get a chance, but will try again when I see him again. She's not here, but will know!
