With all due respect, I hardly think a 1 year old will care that his big brother is swimming and he’s not. There’s so much going on around the infant that he will be too busy taking it all in to care whether anyone is swimming.

 

 

clearly you have never witness the meltdowns that occur when Little Sibling sees something Big Sibling is doing and wants to join in.

When you go ashore, go to a beach and let them play in the ocean. Onboard, find other ways to amuse him. Casino maybe? Lots of flashing lights and strange sounds...

children under 18 are not permitted in the casinos , besides that is full of second hand smoke. most parents would not want a toddler exposed to that
