Late Sept Mediterranean Silver Cloud cruise

We are contemplating a late Sept cruise stopping at such places as Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza on the Silver Cloud, but are concerned it may be too chilly already for beach weather or veranda sitting. Any suggestions? There is a similar itinerary in mid August, but we are worried the crowds will be too big.

Also, we cruised on the Radisson Diamond last year and thought it was the most fantastic trip we have ever taken. From everything that I am reading, Silversea sounds like it will top it. However, I am getting some mixed reviews about the Silver Cloud. Any input on this ship?

We are booked on the 9-23 cruise Cloud cruise you are considering. We have been on 4 RSSC cruises and this is our first SilverSea cruise. I am sure we will not be disappointed.

As far as weather goes in mid Sept. you will be fine. I have been in southern Spain in Oct. and found the weather to be great as well as no crowds. I like the Silver Cloud and this year we are on the the Wind..just the right size for us.I think anyone can find something wrong with anything,and I think it is hard to compare..I have sailed on small ships,and I have enjoyed every cruise..maybe I just don't find faults.I think you will have a very nice cruise and I hope you enjoy the Cloud.

Our first trip on Silversea was on the Cloud last winter in Asia. I cannot say enough about the fine crew, excellent food, and overall experience. Others may be as good, but I can't imagine any other cruiseline being better. Go for it!
