610am: Ship docked

637am: Express disembarkation began (forward gangway)

700am: Cleared CBP, exited terminal, got in taxi. I was able to jump the queue by making myself known to a port staff member and presenting my Global Entry card. I'm guessing this saved 10-20 minutes. There was no GE line. There was signage for Mobile Passport, but again, no open line, as the "Mobile Secuirty guy isn't here yet."

707am: Taxi arrives FLL Terminal 3

711am: Cleared TSA (with pre-check)

9am: Flight boarding begins
