Casino Offer

If you are not past your final payment date, you can. If you are past the final payment date, no, unless you had them book you as early saver, then immediately price matched to the lower casino rate. If booked early saver, you can price match up to 2 days prior to sailing..

Even if you are past final payment date they should at least give you a little bit of an onboard credit...FINAL PAYMENT DATE is like 2 1/1 months away from sail date...and that's when the prices can really drop!

This is incorrect per Carnival policy.

After final payment the ONLY rate code you can price match to is Early Saver. That is one of the few perks of booking ES and the trade off for all the restrictions.

Yes I did. And have done it more than once. I did it just last June and I think the two before that as well. Dawn

That's very odd. I've never heard anyone getting something after final payment due date. Now with my TA their rule is final payment is due 90 days before the cruise where Carnival for a 7 day only requires it 75 days before. So if a drop happens after I pay but before the 75 days I would get something. Is this maybe your situation?

We still a month until final payment. I put in 2 different price adjustment requests and only 1 came back, it wasn't this one[emoji30].

People keep saying that usually there is some casino money involved?? Where do I see that?

If I go with a different promotion I pay 12.00 more but get a 50.00 OBC. But if there is casino money it might be more. Any advice????

You sure can! I called my PvP earlier because I noticed there was a summer sale. It went down about $120.00 Edited by citcatt1

The casino money is only $50.00... For me anyway. You just go to the casino desk and they have a list.

I booked on Early Saver this cruise and then got my Casino Money offer in the mail for my sailing AFTER booking.

For those in disbelief, if you call and get a PVP or even a good CS person on the line they will work the system for you. They will also explain the pitfalls to you of changes, etc.
