Australia $ Value, Economic Direction?

In checking the Wall Street Journal this morning, they have the Aussie dollar at $0.9416. I am still carrying around $155 AUD in my wallet from our Jan-Feb. 2014 adventure down there. Nice to have my small "nest egg" for a future visit there rising in value.

It may come in handy, at least for a cab fare from the airport to the cruise terminal.

They are now talking about parity again.

The AUD dropped slightly withthe release of the inflation figures( lower than expected). still at $0.93 USD though.:D

The AUD had risen slightly from last Tuesday (rates decision and employment stats), I wonder where it will be on Wednesday morning?:D

That was caused by a fall in the USD a couple of days ago. The AUD hasn't changed much.
