Awesome Diamond Lounge on Independence of the Seas

We were recently on the Indy for a 5 night out of Ft. Lauderdale and were blown away by the service and atmosphere in the Diamond Lounge. It was a very pleasant surprise after our previous 8 night on a different ship.(our worst experience to date...the bar servers never smiled, and we were lucky to get one or two drinks during the entire happy hour)

Jennie, the concierge, set the tone by personally greeting all guests on the first evening (she was outside of the lounge doors at the start of happy hour to check sea passes, a great idea in my opinion!). She seemed to chat with everyone and really got to know the passengers during our short time together. The bar staff was spot on, making sure drinks were refilled quickly, suggesting something different if you didn't like your first choice and appearing as if they were enjoying their work. There was a wonderful pianist during the first half hour, a nice selection of hors d'oeuvres and a friendly vibe to the place. Jennie is the first concierge I've seen assist with filling drink orders during the busiest part of the happy hour. She even brought in little birthday cakes for diamond guests celebrating the occasion. We have usually had good service in other diamond lounges, but this was above and beyond in my opinion.

For comparison, the number of guests seemed the same in both lounges initially, but as the cruise went on fewer people came to the lounge on the "not Indy" cruise because the service was dismal while the diamonds in the Indy lounge stayed steady or even increased during the cruise.

Are there any other awesome diamond lounge ships we should know about?

We too can vouch for Vojtech on the Vision - he is fabulous. Just hope he will be on board when we go back in September. Our last Diamond Lounge experience on this ship definitely played a big part in our decision to book her again. Captain Marek was also great.
