First Timer sailing on Allure March 25 and need help!

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

We are sailing in 6 days (March 25) on Allure and are very excited to escape the cold of Canada! I have a question on how to contact a Concierge to request certain bookings. I have sent e-mails through the general website, and received generic replies, and I have called several times to Customer Service, but no one has called me or e-mailed me back.

I have read on several threads that they contact Suite passengers 1 week prior to sailing, but I am losing hope that they will do so before I leave for Fort Lauderdale.

Does anyone know which Concierges are working the Allure on the March 25 sailing, and does anyone have an e-mail address or phone number that I can contact them directly? I will be staying in a Crown Loft Suite and just need to book dinners and shows, as well as excursions.

Thanks and I have to say that I have really enjoyed sifting through the threads...I feel as if I am well armed with information before I have even set foot on the Allure, and the tips have been fantastic!
