Koningsdam Future Schedule

I am doing a bit of research in preparation for booking a future cruise, and noticed that HAL does not list any cruises for Koningsdam after 7 April 2019, while most other ships cruises are scheduled further into 2019. Any insight into this, or is it common for the schedules of individual ships to dribble out over time?

I'm just curious. Isn't everyone?
