What time does Royal’s shuttle pick up at Orlando Intern’l to head to Port Canaveral

What time(s) do they typically pickup?

The times and number of shuttles will depend upon demand. They know who has booked, and when they arrive. So if flights start arriving with ship bound pax, they have have buses scheduled for then.

It is not a "every 15 minutes starting at XXX" sort of thing.

We fly in the night before. Hoped to stay at Hyatt at airport and then use Royal’s shuttle from MCO to pier.

They will still ask when your flight arrives. Just tell them something like 9am.
