Do we have to dress up to eat in Chops Grille for a night? Can my hubby wear a polo shirt and black pants? Are reservations a must for this restaurant? Can we make them ahead of time before we sail or just on board? Thanks for all the answers.

You can wear whatever you want. Reservations are not mandatory, but if you want a specific time/day, then it's best to book ahead. You can book either pre-cruise using the Cruise Planner on Royal's website, or onboard, your choice.
