we're taking a 14 night trip from London Greenwich to Bergen on Viking Ocean this summer

of 10 ports, 3 are north of the Arctic Circle: Lofoten, Tromso and Honningsvag (Nordkapp) Norway

this is "into the midnight sun" ... they also offer "in search of the northern lights" Jan - Mar 2019 (12 nights) , 4 ports north of the circle with some overnight stays ....

It's not great for wildlife at any time, so I wouldn't let that be a deciding factor. You get no night sky at all in June/July, you need to be no later than April or earlier than September really. All the cruise lines do Norway cruises, most of them nowadays do "Northern Lights" spring cruises as well. Fred Olsen probably has most.

Which is the best cruise line to go to Arctic Circle sailing from Southampton or other UK port. Also what is the best month to go to see the most wild life and night sky’s.

You do realize that the Arctic Circle is just an invisible line on the ocean. Except to say that you have been north of the Arctic Circle, it does not really matter whether you have crossed it or not. Pick the spot you and to visit regardless of what side of the Arctic Circle you are on.
