I understand that full suites have an initial bar set up upon arrival. can anyone tell me if full bottle purchases are available in the suites?

Half bottles can be purchased for any cabin. Can be pre-ordered through your cruise personalizer or the Gifts and Services catalog (link in previous reply), or by calling room service after you board. Actually pre-ordering will still result in a call to room service as there will only be vouchers in your cabin when you board, not the actual bottles.

The quick and easy answer is: No

 

Nobody can purchase full bottles of liquor for in-cabin consumption. All full bottle purchases are held and then delivered to the cabin the night before disembarkation.
