I've just started writing a trip report of my recent cruise around United Arab Emirates and Oman. I sailed on MSC Musica and visited Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Khor al Fakkan (Fujairah), Muscat and Khasab.

Hi Ken! I'm not really sure if the casino stays open (can't remember) however I do remember that the onboard shops were open so I suppose the casino might be open as well.

I realize this is several years old now, but it is a fantastic trip review. I found it searching for some of the stops I'll be making in 2020, and it got me all the more excited.
