Spanieleyes Posted April 23, 2018 #1 Share Posted April 23, 2018 I just wondered if anyone has any recent experience with tendering on the Constellation? Are they still issuing tender tickets on the morning of the tendered port, and if so, where are they issued? We were on the Millennium last year and we had to queue for tickets in the shopping area, and just wondered if it's the same on the Constellation? Thanks. jelayne Posted April 24, 2018 #3 Share Posted April 24, 2018 We were on the Connie and they did use tender tickets and as I recall they were handed in the area near the shops. We didn’t need tickets so ai can’t tell you the exact location.
Happy Cruiser 6143 Posted April 24, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 24, 2018 They will advise you on the ship where to go to obtain your tender tickets. It's not always in the same place.

Tickets were issued at a table put up in the shopping area. If you were happy to take a later tender it wasn't always necessary to have a ticket. RJHNorthyorks Posted April 24, 2018 #6 Share Posted April 24, 2018 Elite and above were given priority tendering on our B2B in Jan/Feb this year. We had to meet the Captains Club host in a bar and were then escorted down to the boats.

Yes, that’s been happening for a few years now rather than the steward handing out the priority tender tickets as was once the case ;).
Beanb41 Posted April 25, 2018 #8 Share Posted April 25, 2018 It makes a difference if ships boats or a combination of ships boats and shore based tenders are used as to whether one needs tender tickets. We tendered into Santorini and shore based tenders were used. It was just a matter of going ashore when one was ready as in nearly all instances there was a tender waiting or about to tie up.
