Solstice OVC question

sailed Solstoce three times last year. Going again next month. Are they now serving you in buffet or is it still self serve? Wondering because last fall on NZ cruise, we were served all 12 days due to previous norovirus outbreak during previous cruise. Thought maybe by now they changed their serving policy and stopped self serve.

They will resume the usual self-serve style when the problem is resolved. I was on Solstice last month and it was self-serve. However, that means nothing as far as your cruise next month. Passengers may introduce norovirus at any time.

This is done routinely. And am I the only one who, after spending some time on a ship, looks for the person with the hand sanitizer stationed at the entrance of a restaurant only to remind myself that I am on land and no longer on a ship.

Currently on board. It is self serve. Hand sanitiser is dispensed at the entrance by staff, however, I have seen many people say ‘no thanks’ and keep walking. 🤬
