MSC Preziosa Review and Video

Hi

We were onboard Preziosa from Southampton on the 4th of Oct.

We had a really great cruise. Our ports were changed due to weather and strikes, but still had a fab time and MSC went above and beyond by providing a free bus and some OBC.

Buffet was the best we have seen, but the MDR was a bit hit and miss.

Service in the bars and restaurants was very good with staff making an effort to get to know you.

You can see our video at:

The full review with pictures is on my blog at:

Thanks

Gav

Thank you very much for a great review and video from the beautiful MSC Preziosa :) She is lovely ship as the rest of her fleet mates in the Fantasia Class :) They are my favourites in the MSC fleet so far.

The MSC ships have great interiors and excellent decor which create a unique atmosphere onboard.

Have to wonder if there was a theme running on this itinerary, the same occurred with our September sailing, missed port, Amsterdam, supposed strike at Le Havre, free bus to Brugge and obc !

There did seem to be some onboard that had seemed to think this was all planned... All I can say is I know somone who was on P&O Azura. They were stuck in Amsterdam (they were suppose to leave the morning we arrived) and they too missed Le Harve due to strikes - P&O didn’t give them any obc though.

Did you go to Rotterdam instead ? We ended up with two days in Zeebrugge, the second day should have been the Amsterdam stop, it poured down all day.

Yes, got in to Rotterdam about 3pm. We got a train to Amsterdam to spend the evening there.

La harve was replaced with a stop at Zeebrugge - so we also visited there twice. The second time they had the free shuttles.
