Payment for shore excursions - holland america

Hi,

We are cruising Norway & The Baltics with Holland America Line in May, 2018 and we were wanting clarification whether the price of all shore excursions are quoted to us in Australian dollars or U.S. dollars? We are making the bookings from Australia.

Currency on the ship is U.S. $

We are from Canada and the pricing for shore excursions (and anything else whether it be specialty dining, beverage cards, etc) are in U.S. $

The prices are in US$. If you buy them before the cruise you will pay for them straight away on your credit card. If you book them on your cruise, you will be charged on your onboard account that you will receive at the end of the cruise. Everything on the ship is charged to your account and is in US$.
