$400 OBC How can I use it?

Where does it show in your Personalizer if an OBC is refundable or not?

Look under Payments & Credits. Go down to the Credits area. On the left side you'll see Onboard Credits For This Cruise. Under that will be listed all of the OBC that you'll have for that cruise. Each of the Non-Refundable Credits will have an asterisk at the end of the name (e.g. Future Cruise Depositon* or Shareholders Benefits*) while each of the Refundable Credits will just have the name (e.g. Military Benefits or Customer Goodwill.) That's how you tell.

On my 7 day Cruise next summer, I have $400 OBC. I know that the OBC can be applied to the gratuities and tours. I think I will have $150 over, can I use it in the Casino.

Can I get a refund for the amount not used?

If you have never taken the Ultimate Ship Tour ($150) try it. Well worth it in my opinion. You have to sign up at the passenger service desk as soon as you board. This tour is usually not mentioned in the Princess Patter. It is three hours long, includes a drink or two, some special items in the kitchen, a visit to Medical, back stage, laundry, photo and print shop, engine control room, and the bridge to meet the captain, and photos of your group taken along the way.

Although we have never yet signed up for the Chef's Table (another $150) we are going to try it on our next cruise.

It is not difficult to spend OBC with all of the shops on board.
