Night Buffet and Grand Bar Music

On Deliziosa in the Caribbean, there was a melon buffet 2200 til 0100, and a salad/sandwich buffet 0100-0400. Do any other ships have this?

 

Also, when I was on Pacifica and Diadema, the music in the Grand Bar had been cut back from two groups playing continuously, to a single group, with a truly awful recording in the breaks. Deliziosa had two groups like before the cutbacks- what's the situation on other ships?
