RCL Empress - Daily newsletter for sea day

Does anyone have a recent copy of a daily “newsletter” for Royal Empress? Looking for a sea day. My apologies I don’t know the exact name of the RCL newsletter. We cruise all the different lines so can’t keep them all straight.

Planning a Cuba cruise for 2019. We have several people who may join us and have never sailed before. They are concerned with how they would spend their time bc they are not ones to just lay by the pool all day. I’ve shared with them the many different types of activities available, but figured showing a newsletter might be best.
