Identify Picture on Review for Carnival Fascination

Hello,

chill0324 left a review for the Carnival Fascination and had a few pictures attached but they did not identify what island he was at for the pictures. Could anyone help identify these gorgeous locations as I would like to visit them on my Fascination cruise next month.

One looks like San Juan, the other St. Martin, though I am just guessing about both.

I don't know about the first picture but the second one (the one with to colored umbrellas) is San Juan. It's right at the beginning of Fortaleza st. just in front of the entrance to La Fortaleza (the governor's home).
