Which decks are open for bow access ( at captains discretion)?

On the "R" class (Zaandam is one of four), best way to access the bow, yes Captain's discretion, is by walking forward to the lower (not upper/balcony) 'Mondriaan' main show lounge on Deck 4 and take the starboard (right side) path past the stage (there's a door there that should be open)

Thanks! I also saw folks on a smaller deck up above but cant pinpoint the level. Do you know which deck(s) have the smaller access spots on this class ship?

The rat blockers look to be a different shape, not just round anymore.

Yeah; those "rat guards" (semi-official name) appear to be a newer style

That's the Deck 6 (below the bridge) observation platform; accessible from Deck 6 interior corridor and/or below/Deck 5 or lower, and/or from above Deck 8 Gym past the bridge wings. Exterior access via steps only. Enjoy Alaska!

That was open during our time in Glacier Bay last summer. I should have taken a picture of the bridge.
