Assuming the Gem still cruises on 11/21...

I am trying to remain optimistic about the Gem sailing next Tuesday for the 11/21 sailing out of New York. So in that train of thought I am wondering about everyone's choice for transportation to the pier from the airport. We will be arriving at La Guardia on the morning of the 21st and on the return home on December 2nd we will be flying out of JFK. So any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
