Montego Bay Must See?

Everything from the Montego Bay port seems far. Are the excursions worth the time it takes to get there? Some websites say the Falls are almost 2 hours away. Trying to figure out something to do with a family of 4. Would love to hear others experiences!

We're looking at this port as well. We'd like to go to Rick's Cafe that is a couple hours away. I've heard people do it. But hoping someone comes along with more info such as recommended tours for this...
