When "I read LauraS' link" above, I did not find ANY comments, negative or otherwise, as the link is to a CC article about HAL's 110% guarantee offer and NOT to a CC Thread discussing the offer.

However, when I read the Posts on the "HAL offers 110% refund if you can get identical shore excursions for less" Thread (https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2562015), I find several very positive comments concerning this offer. Specifically, I direct your attention to Posts # 8, 10, 14, 22, 24, 29, 30, 39, 43 & 62. There are, of course, many negative Posts on this Thread; however, several of the negative Posts are not specific to the 110% offer but rather address the overall quality (or alleged lack thereof) of HAL shore excursions in general.
