Empress -8/20/18 - changes

We received the email telling us that our Empress trip from Tampa to Key West and Cozumel had been moved to Majesty of the Seas. That was fine - no issue for us.

 

Today though my husband went to the website to view our cruise - and it said we had a Interior cabin booked. (We booked a Junior Suite on Empress). He went to check "Plan a cruise" to see how much a Junior Suite was showing for 8/20/18 on Majesty when he discovered that our itinerary was now Costa Maya & Cozumel.

 

The associate could move us back to a Junior Suite - but they were not visiting Key West. We had booked that cruise to visit Key West - so we were able to cancel and get a full refund.

 

The point is - you might want to check your room assignment and itinerary.
