Transportation from Ensenada to Puerto Nuevo

6 of us will be taking the 3 day Carnival Cruise to Ensenada. We want to go to Puerto Nuevo. Does anyone know if there are taxi drivers at the Port in Ensenada that will take us to Puerto Nuevo?

There are a few van taxis at port. Negotiate the fare before you step in. Confirm that the taxi will wait for you. No idea what the taxi situation is like in Puerto Nuevo.

If you know the way to Puerto Nuevo, an alternate method is to rent a car. IIRC, they have kiosks just off the Ensenada pier offering one-day car rentals for $50 or so that include Mexican auto insurance. You could rent your car and just drive there.

How did you get to Puerto Nuevo? We are going this weekend and would like to know the best option for transportation from Ensenada to Puerto Nuevo.:cool:
