Not that I'm aware of. Certainly not at the drink stations.

If he truly wants it on the ship, he can carry on as much as he wishes.

They have had Sprite zero on Castaway Cay. Only diet Coke in the drink stations onboard the ships (in my experience). Not sure whether they have canned caffeine free drinks available (for purchase) onboard.

This was on the Dream (poolside drink station)

My friend insists that there was Coke Zero at the beverage station on the Magic this summer. No photos, and I can't personally confirm it.

I can confirm it was there in 2016
