Transport options for a person in a power wheelchair to Jade in January?

We are planning on going on one of the Star Trek cruises in January. I was wondering what options there might be for someone in a power chair to get from the airport to the Jade? I can walk short distances with a cane. The chair with the back folded down is about a 3' x 3' x 3' 250 pound cube. Please let me know any ideas you may have on this. I'm happy to be transported in my chair or with the chair folded and put into the back of a vehicle. Also, which airport is the best to fly into for this? Thank you
