I thought the Carnival Conquest already visited Puerto Rico? Maybe they are doing a slow roll and the islands are open, but not ready for several ships a day every day of the week quite yet. According to Cruise Times Tables.com, ships are porting in San Juan almost every day in December as of the 7th.
