Casino offers

We were fortunate to get an offer of a reduced stateroom on the beautiful Koningsdam last August and sailed in November. Is there a regular schedule of when these are offered? We truly are nor sure WHY we even got the offer as we are small time gamblers...less than a few hundred between us on A 10 day cruise. We took it and ran!!

I have only gotten a couple of casino offers but most of my cruises as of late have casino discounts. That's nicer for me as I can pick and choose many cruises and get the benefit.

Certainly not as cheap as your offer but significant (if you call 25-30% significant)

We got an amazing casino offer for Thanksgiving week this year, and we are not gamblers either. We jumped on it right away and ended up in a Neptune suite on the Nieuw Amsterdam. It was our best cruise ever!

How do you get these offers? Do they come in an email? Or does it pop up somewhere on the Holland website? Just curious, thank you

Last cruise I was offered $250 casino cash, but I had to book fast and sail within months, which wasn't really an option.

Would they send new offers later? I'm quite sure they'd want me back (based on play, certainly not on losses :D)

Ours came as an email entitled

"casino offers" just a month or two before sailing, offering several ships and dates during the mid Nov-mid Dec time period.

Flexibility and being able to make a quick decision is the key if you ever receive one.

I also don't gamble much but when I called to ask about cruises I was told I qualify for the discount and it was applied on every cruise I asked about
