Anyone booked the new 2019/2020 cruises ?

A little odd that the picture of Queen Victoria on Page 7 of the brochure is prior to the refit.

Well she hasn't been back to the Amazon since the refit, so the only way to show her in the river is pre-refit.

I suppose they could have used a post-refit photograph in a different location but I can understand why they used the photograph they did.

I want to look at cabins while I wait to connect with my TA. "Reserve your stateroom today. Click here to view online." But when I click through, it says I can't book until tomorrow. Can anyone tell me how to get around this?

Thanks.

:D Hi all, my superb TA got me the bookings on QE 2020 that I requested - whoo hoo!!!:D Cruising from Melbourne to Vancouver- lots of East Asia and Alaska too. :')

Wow, sounds brilliant. Do you need someone to carry your bags? ;p:D:D

I've just booked the Norway Northern Lights cruise for November 2019 on the QV. Got a good price for a single cabin. I've always wanted to see the Northern Lights so fingers crossed they will appear when I'm there.

When you say a “good” price, does that mean you got it for less than the posted price online?

Only the 5% discount offered by Cunard to World Club members for early booking. Plus getting one of the few single cabins makes the price less that having a twin cabin for single occupancy.

Well 5% can be a good chunk of money. I’m looking at a world cruise for 2022 and as a solo traveller, it’s overwhelming. I’m think about using a TA since I’ve heard the cruise specialist TAs can get additional breaks and add perks.

I really like the layout of the single cabin on the QM2. Looks like more storage and desk space than in a double occupancy cabin.

Enjoy your Nordic cruise!!
