I booked a cruise on the Breeze two months ago. I just noticed that the price has gone down. I’m I able to get the lower price? Do I just call Carnival?

Yes call and ask if they can they will give you the lower price.

Yes, just call them. There's a form on their website but it's quicker to call, you can ask questions and make sure you're not losing OBC, or your cabin, or that you will have to pay an increased deposit.

Although you can go on line and submit a price reduction form, it's a good idea to call your PVP first. I learned my lesson the hard way. A few cruises ago, when there was a price drop for the cruise we had booked, I submitted the form without consulting my PVP. Although there was a price drop, some of the port fees had gone up. The price drop and subsequent (small) OBC wasn't worth it.
