UHC Safetrip Annual Frequent Flyer??? Any experience or knowledge?

Last week, I posted about us Washingtonians being unable to obtain the Annual Geoblue Traveler's Insurance. UHC (United Healthcare) offers the "Safetrip Annual Frequent Traveler" insurance which on initial look, appears similar to Geoblue.

Has anyone used this and if so, what are your thoughts on claims, medical network, etc? Thanks!

P.S. Steve at TIS does not currently offer any annual policies for Washingtonians.

I don't drink very often but have a few on cruises, this exclusion concerns me
