How do I add my Loyalty Number to my account

Is the Oceania Club Number the same as a Loyalty Number?

I followed the instructions to have all my cruises recorded in the My Account, but nothing happens. The Loyalty Number says N/A and even though I have sailed seven times with Oceania, the cruise number is 0.

Please tell me what I am not doing and how I can correct it.

I would call Oceania & sort it out

If you have cruised before those cruises should be listed under the Oceania Club tab once you log in

Make sure your Profile information is correct

Yes, both definitions represent the same 12 digit Oceania Club number from what is represented in my account. I highly agree with LHT, you need to contact Oceania with booking numbers at your side if you have access to them. BTW if you have cruised with O seven times, did you get the Bronz perks on cruises 5-7? If so you just may be entering an incorrect number which they should be able to verify when you call them.
