Anybody ever tried this excursion on St. Thomas? Heard that it was no longer in operation, but it still shows on the Celebrity website.

We did it years ago, and it was very good. But if it is closed they will refund your fee. Or just book your second choice, and fore go the concern.

We just did the Kon Tiki excursion in June. It was fun. The Kon Tiki is a large motorized raft with a covered roof. It picked us up at a pier near where the ship (Oasis of the Seas) was docked, and took us to a beach where we had about an hour to swim. Then it reloaded the passengers and cruised over a reef where the covers were lifted and we could look at the fish and coral through a glass bottom. After that, we had a cruise of the harbor, and then we were returned to the pier near the ship. There were cold drinks and snacks available for purchase. If I remember right, the punch was free. They had a small band and a limbo contest and conga line on the way back to the ship. The price was reasonable and everyone had a good time. This is not a fancy attraction, but it is fun and laid back.
