Royal Caribbean theme nights?

Hi, long time reader, first time poster! We are cruising on Voyager of the Seas in March next year. Previously we’ve been on P & O and had heaps of fun at their theme nights (Gatsby, White party etc). Do Royal Caribbean do anything similar? Also, what is the food like in the dining room? Thanks :)

Some RC cruises do have a theme night or two, but they don't provide any advance schedule or notification, so it's not really possible to know what they will have on your sailing.

I also wanted to welcome you to Cruise Critic.

Back in May when I was on Empress of the Seas, they had a white night party on the pool deck. But that's the only time I recall a white party happening on any of my trips. Normally they've had a 70s disco type party.

I've seen that white night on a few other sailings too. It just seems odd they would have a themed clothing thing and not tell people in advance, but that's RC.
