I don’t think it matters to Princess at all.

You can reserve the chapel, pay for food and drink catering by their staff if you have a party/gathering after the service, the same as any other private event, and must provide your own clergy.

Note: you can’t use your all inclusive drink package at private events anymore, so if that would be an issue, just head to a bar afterwards instead or get drinks from a pool bar right outside the chapel.
