hi any one know if you can use your free roaming on board when docked in port ?

As long as you are connected to a local service provider, it shouldn't be a problem. You would need to be sure that you are not connected to the maritime provider. I always get a message to tell me which network I am connected to and that calls can be made within my allowance. Make the most of it while you can - within Europe it will probably end upon Brexit!
