Booking the wheelchair friendly cabanas?

We are visiting HMC and Grand Turk as two of our ports in December. Our friend uses a scooter and cannot walk or do any stairs or step-ups.

 

 

How do you book wheelchair friendly cabanas? I can see from pictures that one cabana on Grand Turk at Margaritaville has a ramp and I have read that the first cabana on HMC is friendly.
