I can't remember what my weight was on my weigh in 2 weeks ago (I was away from my scale last week). I'm going to start putting my weight on the weekly thread so I can remember.

 

Today is 1 month. I started at 257.5 and I am now down to 244.5. So that's 13 pounds this month. My goal is to lose 8-10 pounds a month, which should be do-able as long as I stick to the WOE.

I've been away from this board but am back now. I didn't weigh in this week but will next week. I was doing so well over the holidays and just recently put on a few lbs. in January. I have about 4 months until a Mediterranean cruise so I really need to lose it.

I have exactly 30 days 'til I cruise and as this past Monday I was down 5 lbs. for this week. I like to weigh in every Monday morning as it keeps me more motivated over the weekend to stay on plan.

I started dieting in preparation for this cruise on 1/3/06 and so far have lost 20lbs. with a final goal of 34 lbs. to get down to 199 lbs. Something a little magical about being able to say I'm under 200 lbs.

 

Today's weight 213 lbs.

14 lbs. left to make goal.

I lost..drum roll...2 1/2 pounds! Most of you know I lose slowly ..

so I'm taking this and not giving it back!

Oops. Another late post. But a good one. Down 2 lbs this week. That knocks out last week's 1 lb gain and gives me another pound to be proud to lose. :D I am down 5.5 lbs since January 1st and a pants size! Woo-hoo!

 

Here's to more "loser" behavior in the coming week!

im late, bc i havent been able to get online..

 

but, on wednesday i do my weigh ins.. i was up 2, somehow.. i dont know..

 

but today i weighed myself again.. and i was down 1 from my before i 'gained' those 2 ..

 

even though i had arbys last night ;x badd sarah haha

 

but i was starving .. and i was with matt and i had an amazing time =) so its all good
