It's the day of rhyme time..

But nothing in my mind?

Is it the lack of food today?

No Way!

Ate to much..I can say

Why do I do that before weigh-in day?

Do you ever go that route?

Speak up, don't be mute!

Don't want to be the only one..

But will keep trying till we've won!

Our WOE is from day to day..

I/WE will always try, what esle can we say?

So put your numbers down right now..

So we will ask how?

You lost weight..

That's great!

You stayed the same..

Get back in the game!

You had a gain..

We feel your pain!

No matter what you did this week..

Dig down deep and seek!

All your power that you need..

So next week, you will suceed!

I wasn't able to weigh last week on the scale I normally use, so... I am up 1.25 from 2 weeks ago. Oh well, no use crying about it, I'll just have to get back on track. We celebrated my DM's birthday so the leftover cake was just a little too tempting. I'm only half-way on my pledge, so I need to get real serious!!!

Congrats to those who maintained! Darci, 7# in one week??? Wow! Good for you! Hope you're not starving yourself. :D

Have lost 10 pounds since August 8 but just changing eating habits. I am old enough and have tried enough programs to really know what I have to do.

The best part was getting a new scale. Got one of those doctor beam scales off ebay and weighing is a ritual each morning. It has been slow and steady. I figure a pound a week might stay off for awhile and the eating habits gained more of a lifelong change.

In reality, I have 70 pounds to lose before reaching my all time lowest weight. But I got there under a doctor's care and a protein diet. Not a good thing for lifelong change. sure feels nice to have things either be loose or fit for once even with just 10 pounds.
