First weigh-in of Seven in Seven

Did you lose your first pound..are you

on your "weigh" to Heaven

 

Six more pounds in six weeks

Hope you get what you seek

 

It can be done

Maybe not to much fun

 

Exercise and water is a must

Just don't put yourself in a truss

 

Eating right is the "weigh"

Then you will get thinner every day

Mo, I found your weight!!! I seem to have gained 1.4# this week. I know its from going to a convention and having lots of free drinks! I haven't had the opportunity (read: didn't take the opportunity) to exercise this week.

Hey everyone!

 

Belle, thanks for the Bon Voyage. We are driving down to Orlando in a bit and then will drive over to Port Canaveral on Friday. :D I sure hope the rain goes away.

 

I stayed the same this week. It was expected since I only exercised once. I was too busy getting ready for the cruise. Hopefully, I won't gain too much weight on the ship.

I have been a yo-yo the past few weeks. It's been busy and stressful at home. But, this week we are both back on track and I am down 1 pound. That's actually .8 pounds below where I was when this whole shebang started, so I am going in the right direction. Hope to hear from a little less of you losers next week!

I totally forgot to post my weigh-in on Thursday~guess I was so excited I forgot!

 

IN THE 160's-----WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Good-bye, forever, 170's!

 

Also bought new pants, one size smaller, as the others were getting too baggy to wear---I could slip them off without unzipping them!

 

 

Start Wt-181

Current Wt-168.8

Goal by Cruise-159 or less

WW Goal-146
