First Silversea Cruise-Silver Galapagos

I guess I am wondering if those who have done both the expedition cruises and the regular cruises feel that they are similar enough to give us a real sense of what a regular Silversea cruise would be like, or if they are very different creatures. I realize that the ship will have very different offerings.

Obviously haven't been to the Galapagos on silversea yet, but have been on silversea explorer. It is different from the other silversea ships, but it is really nice. A total different experience though.

Our first SS cruise was on Explorer (PA2, then) and we enjoyed it so much that we subsequently booked several of their "regular" cruises, as well as another on Explorer. Explorer is quite nice - not as luxurious as the regular ships, and there isn't any specialty dining, but certainly it's of a high enough quality to keep us coming back. We have #7,8,9 booked.
