mexico8 Posted February 28, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2018 We were in Buenos Aires a couple of months ago and when we went to pay for the HOHO bus we were told we could ride free because I am disabled. I had my Travelscoot that I brought on the bus and my husband and I did not have to pay anything. What a pleasant surprise. Not sure if that same rule applies in other countries but it was nice. Kind of helps to offset the cost of a scooter.
LondonTowner Posted March 2, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 2, 2018 In Europe the only place I have got a discount on a HOHO bus as a disabled person was in Dublin. However, museums and attractions are often free for myself and carer. UK theatres also give a FOC seat to a companion too.
