Baltimore Car Rental

We're driving to the port for our cruise next year and thinking of renting a car. I've done some pricing and everyone is similar for one way rentals. Is there a certain company/location that will take us to the pier and pick us up after the cruise? Should we stick with airport rental locations? I want to make sure we're not booking through a location that won't work with our grand plan. Thanks in advance!

Enterprise is known for taking you where you need to go when you drop off. But I am not sure where the closest Enterprise location is to the port.

Most of the airport locations will require a cab or Uber/Lyft to the port.

I am not sure the extra step and such is worth it versus parking at the port, or staying the night before at one of the park and shuttle hotels.

From NYC to Baltimore cruise port I had to stop the day before in NJ so we did a one way rental from JFK to BWI and then a cab from BWI to the port. Was easy, didn't charge airport fee from JFK because we were returning to BWI.

On the way back we took a cab to Bolt Bus, YMMV.
