Is it possible to take the Jitney to Breezes Resort, or must we take a cab?

Jitney, but it is a long way there, maybe 30 mins or so, ride back is much shorter

Thank you! I thought we would take a taxi, but I think all the stories I read about the taxi prices going up, I thought maybe we would try the Jitney. Maybe take the taxi to get back to the ship.

You can take the jitney to Breezes. The ride there and back is actually the same, as long as you get on the right bus. Make sure it's the #10, not #10A or #10B.

I posted a link a few days ago of the new taxi rates. A taxi would cost $18 for 2 people to get to Breezes.

Is the Jitney still $1.25 per person? I know they like exact change but if there's 4 of us can we just give them $5?

It was in May. Yes, you can give $5 for 4 people. Just tell the driver it's for 4.

While it is possible to take the bus, the taxi is our choice- having done both.

Either will take about the same time within a minute or two.. but make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get back, especially during school dismissal (bus traffic) and rush hour. Your 10-12 minute commute can take up to 50 minutes during rush hour.. even in a cab.
